Q1. How many classes per week and what class timings?
Ans: There would be 8 classes in a month (Weekly twice). The class timing will be in the evening &
morning hours on the weekend and evening hours on the weekday.
Q2. What is the fee structure?
Ans: The fee structure would be 3000/- per month
Q3. When do we need to make the payment?
Ans: Payment should be done in the 1st week of every month.
Q4. Is there any registration fee separately charged?
Ans: A one-time registration fee of 1000/- is to be paid during the time of registration. Will be sharing
the online form to be submitted as part of the registration process. There would also be 8
practice sessions per month where kids get a chance to play with each other. It brings good
exposure to the child to learn the tricks and techniques by facing different levels of players.
Q5. If the kids miss the class will there be any compensation given?
Ans: If the coach misses the class it will be compensated either by extra class or fees. If students
miss the classes no compensation will be given. But the concepts can be revised and the
same assignments will be shared across the WhatsApp group.
Q6. When will they be ready to participate in Tournaments?
Ans: It depends from player to player. On average it generally takes 1 year for a beginner to reach
a level where he/she can take part in a chess tournament.
Q7. At what age should kids start learning chess?
Ans: While some children will be ready to learn the game by age 4, for group class age 6 or 7
is preferred.
8. How many students would be there in one batch?
Ans: On average there would be around 8 kids and max 10 kids would be there. This number
has come up based on experience (so that coach can focus on every individual)
Q9. Will there be any assignments after every class?
Yes, students are expected to finish the assignments before the next class. I will be providing
the assignment on the same concept that was taught in the class.
